Shanda Jenkins, PhD

I am Dr. Shanda Jenkins, and I have recently joined the Academic Affairs Office of Faculty Diversity and Retention. I will be providing leadership for the office as we continue to work towards recruiting and retaining diverse instructional faculty here at 51情报站.

After nearly two decades of teaching, I know聽the critical importance of faculty success in ensuring student success. My goal is to help create an environment where diverse faculty thrive and flourish, supporting an inclusive environment where all of our faculty members feel valued for their contributions.聽聽

I聽will work in partnership with our colleagues in the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity and the Office of Intercultural Relations to support efforts聽on matters relating to equity, diversity, respect and inclusiveness for all members of the 51情报站 community.聽
