About this Program

The minor in Data Science will provide students with the fundamentals of how to manage, model, and visualize data responsibly. With interdisciplinary approach, 51Ç鱨վ’s program gives students broad knowledge of Data Science as well as marketable data skills that can be applied to fields of interest.

For completion of a minor, a student must have a minimum overall cumulative grade point average of 2.00 in all courses specified as a requirement for the minor exclusive of prerequisite courses and complete a minimum of six hours in upper-level courses in the minor requirement through courses offered by 51Ç鱨վ.
