Dr. Barry Ezell, Deputy Executive Director leads research in computational modeling, analysis and simulation at 51Ç鱨վ’s Virginia Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center. Barry offers senior leaders highly specialized expertise in strategy development, multi-objective portfolio decision analysis, simulation, and risk management. Barry has led projects for multiple governmental agencies, to include DHS National Bio-surveillance Integration Center, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, National Institute of Standards & Technology, Sandia National Labs, National Nuclear Security Administration, and portfolio resource allocation for the Virginia Homeland Security, Emergency Management, and Mitigation Grant Programs. Barry is a certified subject matter risk expert for the Risk Assistance Network + Exchange, RANE Corporation and certified Open FAIRâ„¢ Foundation.
