Expertise

Career and Technical Education (CTE)
Teacher Preparation
CTE Student Organizations
Teacher Retention and Recruitment

Research Interests

My research interests are the outcomes (academic and other) for students who participate in marketing education and DECA, the co-curricular student organization. Less specifically, I seek to find the benefits of career and technical education, as well as closing the critical shortage gap for CTE teachers.
