The Maryland State Highway Administration has appointed a new Engineer for District 7, which includes Frederick, Carroll and Howard Counties. Mark Crampton takes over from Dave Coyne, who is the SHA's Deputy Administrator and Chief Engineer for Operations.

"I hope to continue Dave's strong leadership of SHA operations in Carroll, Frederick and Howard Counties, and look forward to working more closely with the community in this new role," says Crampton in a statement.
