Accepted Students
Once you have been accepted into the NROTC, your recruiter will send you a packet with all pertinent information to starting your journey as a Midshipman. If you are missing any information or have any questions, please contact your recruiter.

O-week, or Orientation Week, is a condensed "boot-camp" style training for incoming college midshipmen. Depending on students' program, they take part in either New Student Indoctrination in Great Lakes, Ill, or New Student Orientation in Hampton Roads.

The Hampton Roads Naval ROTC midshipmen are commissioned into one of five major warfare communities: Naval Aviation, Submarine Warfare, Special Warfare, Surface Warfare and the U.S. Marine Corps.

HROTC Midshipmen may participate in a variety of clubs and organizations focusing on military professional development and community service.

The Hampton Roads NROTC forms database links to forms for prospective & currents students, and alumni, as well as forms to request a color guard or JROTC tour.
