Due to the size and functionality of 51情报站's website, our vendor needs additional time to complete the site delivery. In consultation with the WRP stakeholders, the WRP team has decided to delay the launch of Wave 1 until after the start of the fall semester.

COMPLETE Fall 2020
51情报站 acquired Acquia Cloud and Acquia DAM as well Drupal, which will replace Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as our content management system.

51情报站 worked with KWALL - a premier web design agency specializing in higher education websites - to develop a website that is modern, accessible and creates a cohesive user experience that tells the Monarch story to the world across all platforms.
Research and Discovery Phase | Digital Strategy & Planning
COMPLETE March - June 2021
Determined which features and technologies to implement through stakeholder interviews, student and faculty/staff focus groups & agency best-practice recommendations.
Design Phase
COMPLETE June - December 2021
Developed a comprehensive digital design standard that leverages the 51情报站 brand using existing brand guidelines & graphic identity. The designs were shared with project stakeholders, students, faculty, staff, and campus partners at multiple stages throughout this phase.
Development Phase
COMPLETE December 2021 - April 2022
Build and deploy the platform for the new content management system (CMS).
Delivery Phase
May - Fall 2022
KWALL will deliver the site to 51情报站 for content migration, QA periods, and testing before the site is live. The content migration will occur in multiple phases, with the first-wave of pages being launched when the new website goes live in the Fall of 2022. The Web Redesign Core Team will be working with units across campus to identify which wave they will be a part of. The schedule of waves can be found here:
Website Launch

The new 51情报站 website will launch, start with all Wave 1 pages.
Migrate Remaining Units & Content to New Platform
Fall 2022 - Summer 2023
The Website Redesign Core Team will continue to work with campus partners to migrate all content from AEM to Drupal, until all pages are migrated to the new content management system (CMS).
Decommission Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Fall 2023
Once all content is migrated, 51情报站 will decommission AEM and be functioning fully on Drupal.
